What I really appreciated about Val was her kind, gentle, and uplifting approach that always met me where I was in my life. There were times during our series where I was extremely stressed, distressed, and overwhelmed—I really appreciated that Val recognized these things and was able to adapt our sessions and my assignments to not only my current needs but my current ability to accomplish changes. The tips she offered where practical, and for the most part, small changes that had a substantial impact on the quality of my life.
Among the many positive changes I have made in my life, the most impactful has been the improved ability to prioritize myself – this has carried into my personal and professional relationships and has helped me network and find opportunities to move my career forward.
